With a period of time of constantly feeling let down by everyone in my life, I Painted a reliable friend, with (a little) satire in mind, that when he turns up I can at least rely on him to do what he has come to do, as I accept a true friend. This piece captures the raw honesty and emotional depth that defines my arts commitment to authentic expression.
